Booking Conditions
We try to be as accommodating as possible, however past experience has led us to develop a few terms and conditions which apply to all bookings.
To avoid any possible disappointment please ensure that you are happy to be bound by the following.
We are pleased to make provisional bookings by phone or e-mail. Please note that a 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking your accommodation. The balance is due seven weeks before your arrival.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or using the online facilities on the Availability and Tariff page.

Deposits paid for bookings cancelled more than 7 weeks in advance of arrival will be refunded in full or applied to a further booking. |

Bookings cancelled 7-3 weeks prior to arrival will forfeit any deposit paid. |

3 |
Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged at full price, unless we are able to re-let the cottage. |

If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out travel insurance. |
