The quiet village of Swinderby offers some delightful countryside which is perfect for both walking, cycling and bird watching.

Being only 5 minutes from Swinderby Showground, 7 minutes from Newark Showground, 20 minutes from Lincolnshire Showground, 10 minutes from A1 and 28 miles from Nottingham, we are ideally situated for all your activities.

The friendly local pub is a short stroll away and an excellent place to have a lunchtime bar meal (evening meals by arrangement with Helen).  It also holds monthly acoustic nights, quiz nights and jam (of the musical kind!) nights.  The newly refurbished village play area which includes swings, slides and zip wire is very popular with children (and some adults!)
